the design of those centurions looks like something I've seen before. trying to put my finger on it but can't.

the tanks are alright I guess. but none of it really grabs my attention

I've seen things you people wouldn't buy. Unbalanced SM vehicles on fire off the shoulder of Ultramarine. I watched badly painted Centurions glitter in the dark near the Cadian gate. All those characters will be cast in finecost... like the yearly price increase... Time to die

My dear Col. if you are not being sarcastic I'll answer your question with a Btech TRO 3025.

@Miguel - I know nothing about battle tech, but I did a quick google and damn, dude - you ain't kidding! Those things are eerily similar. Oooooh! Would it not just make you squee with excitement if GW got sued for IP infringement?!?

Only if the trial ends with the execution of the entire GW's board at dawn.

Speaking as someone not nearly as familiar with 40K and space marine lore as you guys, I think the Centurions look pretty good. Way nicer than a typical Dreadnought.

Sorry, but those super duper termies are really meh looking. Ok, so they have bigger bulkier armour. The current terminators have a 2+ save. I guess these guys will have 2 or 3 wounds a piece? But I think making the current dreadnaught better would have been better. I actually prefer the dread model to these new termies. How they are supposed to move at all lol. Power power armour ;) ;) A Space marine inside a space marine! ;) ;)

Yeah, after seeing those centurions, I really wonder about the design team...

I think stairs will be the bane of these stomping behemoths ;)

30 bucks a fig. I would pay 30 bucks for a fig. I just spent about that for a big old Tamiya WW2 siege mortar tank that just screamed "Konvert ME!!!" Not sure if I will turn it into a Colossus or a Battlewagon of some sort yet. But anyhow that is a big honkin hunk of nicely detailed plastic. I would not spend 30 bucks for a little guy that looks like all the hundreds of other little guys just with a cape and a scrub brush on his head.
I sort of like the Centurions. At least they are actually new, not just an old fig redone in cheaper materials for more money. I wonder what the fluff will be. The situation is so desperate the boys in blue are taking the Mark 0.5 Terminator armor they were wearing in the 25th millenium out of storage? The tri barrelled Rhino thing is kinda cool too. Lets see, tri-linked weapons......you get to re-roll the to hit andto wound\penetrate. Skyfire, interceptor, split fire, oh and rending............
But where is the big robot? Shouldn't there be a baby-blue bigger Dreadknight in there?
