40K - End Times???

For those of you who don't read BoLS, here is a little morsel they posted up a couple of days ago. Make of it what you will.
Something BIG is slated for May for Warhammer 40K players. Here’s the latest talk.
When we see multiple rumormongers chiming in on the same topic in short order, you know something is up. Look what the old reliable sources are saying:
First Darnok gets the party started:
My latest information has 9th for summer. May has something else coming.
Then Harry adds a dash or reliability:
You are laughing now. This will cause a ***** storm of similar proportions on the 40K boards to the one we have been enjoying on the fantasy side.
Finally throws gasoline on the fire:
Oh you guys are gonna love it.

Well it makes sense, the Slann had to go somewhere in their spaceship!
Maybe 40k will move to square bases!

Meh, typical BoLS rumour nonsense. I mean, what kind of a rumour is "in May, something will happen"
Um...what will happen? GW will raise prices? Some more space marines will be released? Primarchs all come back from the Eye? If you're going to rumour monger, at least have a rumour...

Well, if that is true, I guess I am going to wind up with even more marines. Mk3, Mk4, Mk5 and Mk6 armour here I come.

See, now, that's a proper rumour. Whether it pans out remains to be seen, but still, there's at least a story there. As for how I feel about it, meh, more marines. I'm not completely immune to the appeal of space marines, I mean, if the primarchs came back or summat it'd be a pretty radical shake up of fluff and cool, I reckon, but the simple availability of plastic Mk2,3,4 power armour is a huge meh for me. I mean, was it a massive big deal when aspect warriors got redesigned? Nope, not even for the Eldar players. Why should a different style of armor be such a woo-hoo for space marines?

And therein lies the fundamental difference between the pair of us.
I'd trade in all the swoosh in the world for a purely 'beaky' set of armour for my Raven Guard.
