1/54 scale tanks from Perry's

They are to be used alongside the Perry's Africa campaign WWII stuff. The tanks come from a company called Blitzkrieg who produce them in 1/56, 1/48 and 1/35 scale I believe. (I prefer 1/48 for tanks as 1/56 looks kind of small IMHO).
They do look very nice though. I've always liked those asymmetrical tanks like the Lee and the Grant.

I agree the Grants and Lees have a certain eccentricity that is very compelling in of its own.

As for scale, I tend to be the picky sort, but there are budgets and such to be considered. Anyway, to be perfectly honest I haven't seen 1/54 and 1/48 next to the bolt action figures before, so I can't say what I may actually end up thinking.
