New Suggested Tank Destroyer rules from BF

Well, this only effects you if you play with or against TDs, but Phil at BF started, read and responded to a thread about the TD rules and the perceived issues. In the end he's decided to create a list of suggest rules for the TDs that slightly curtail any of the possible excesses with the TDs.
