Any MMORPG action going on ?

I play the Old Republic...or I did before I learned that the time difference meant that I could no longer play at any decent times with my friends. Perhaps I should dust it off and give it a go once more...does anyone want to play together with me?

Usually I play at night, unless I can grab some time during the day on weekends when the kid's asleep. Usually pretty much every day, unless something else (lately, XCOM) grabs my attention, heh. Most of my characters are on Begeren Colony, a US west coast server, but it looks like brownybrown has characters on Gav Daragon (if I'm spelling that right - dang Star Wars names), an Asia-Pacific server - I have a couple characters there as well.

I think i cant send messages as im a kechi freeloader. i play some nights, weekends as well, im only about 5 hours in i guess . level 9. Still not 100% about how this whole MMO thing works, did one heroic chamber with a stranger, not all that interesting. PVP ..that looks interesting and im sure ill be shite at it

You're a ways ahead of me then. My highest level character on Gav Daragon is Imperial-side, a Sith Inquisitor called Taxant if anyone wants to friend-list him. I'll see if I can't get caught up with my Knight.

I think my mains are all on one of the European servers. I have a lvl 50 smuggler there called Marcus Ghent, and a level 10 bounty hunter. What should we do? I don't think I can port them over temporarily, can I?

No, you'd have to make new ones - I'm not sure if there's a paid transfer service yet. But both my characters on Gav Daragon are super low-level, so at least we'd be starting together! heh

with my current schedule, I've decided to give the Old Republic a try. I use to be really big into FFXI and never found another game that I enjoyed as much.

This sounds all very fascinating. I play Star Trek online but haven't found it all that communal. I guess I need to join a fleet. Let me know if anyone is up for starting a fleet.
Anyone tried lotr online? Should I go there?
