It's time to get misty eyed and reminiscent.
10 years ago today we were about to begin the first Mie Games Day RPG festival. I don't think anyone turned up in chainmail though.
I can't wait to have a day like this again when we can meet people in person.
............................................
Calling all bold adventurers and foolhardy travellers,
Just to give you a heads up for the Mie RPG festival. The dates will be March the 5th and 6th of 2011.
.........................................
It's looking promising. We have 4 or 5 game systems running now. Please invite members from your RPG/wargames group also as we need many players.
So far line up is
Call of Cthulhu
D and D basic
Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 2nd or 3rd edition
Dogs in the Vineyard
Dark Heresy
Where: Tsu, Mie Ken
When 5th and 6th of March 2011
How much: 500 yen, accommodation available near Tsu station, affordable.
Don your chain mail or leather jerkin and pack a knapsack for a long journey, only the bravest will survive.
New players to tabletop roleplay games welcome, all you need is dice, a pencil, eraser and some imagination. Have fun.
Please state which game/games you would like to play and how many days you will attend.
All the best, Ash.
