Hi everyone! This thread is late getting made, and I apologize, but!
On day 2 of NagoyaHammer I'd like to run a table or two with ongoing demo games of Epic, using the Minigeddon ruleset the folks at EpicUK have worked up - sort of a "40K in 40 minutes" dealio. With just a few formations under your command, it should be easy to play a quick game and get a feel for how the game and rules work. If you're at all interested in Epic, this should be a good chance to give it a shot and see what's what. If you've played before, it should be a good way to fit in a 45-minute to one-hour quickie game between 40K, Bolt Action and Warmahordes marathons.
I'll have the following armies ready to borrow:
Blood Angels
Imperial Guard
Necrons
Craftworld Eldar
Orks
Chaos Space Marines
Tyranids
If you have your own models, bring along a list! The Minigeddon rules can be found here.

Re: Epic at NagoyaHammer
I'm going to be at the bolt action demo, but am interested in trying Epic out, too. I'm looking forward to trying as many new games as I can on day 2.
