I I am in but it depends on DNANoodel and his friend they if they are going then we can have a go at it. But they may want to just got to bed. I will call Dan and see what he has to say.

I am interested where to meet? will this be announced at the venue? Because it is the first time that i go and i don't know what everyone looks like!

The trip to the Izakaya will be straight after the event on Friday.
i.e. finish games, close up the room, head to the Izakaya together.

I would go but I'm going to be pretty tired. I have to leave my house at 5:30am to get down to Nagoya before 9:30. Looking forward to seeing y'all there, though!

We have a booking at 9:15pm.
I have reserved some seats at an Izakaya in Kanayama near the station. The cost is: 1500 yen for 2 hours all-you-can-drink. Food is extra and the cost will be divided equally (none of that "but I only had half a chicken wing and 3 peanuts" nonsense).
The staff told me that they only have 16 seats available maximum, so if more people want to join at the last minute, it will be on a first come, first served basis.
