Chibi d&d figs

Post by me_in_japan » Fri Sep 28, 2012 11:39 am

I figured this may interest some folks, or it may not. Whatever :)

There's a kickstarter being run which is selling sets of the D&D cartoon characters in chibi versions. The original 6 cost 30bucks, and you can add more for 5 bucks each. First stretch goal is dungeon master, next looks to be venger. After that, who knows?

Chibi ain't really my thing, but hey, it clearly floats some folks' boats so I thought I'd drop y'all a wee oshirase :)

I would go for this if they were just the d and d characters. Shame they had to make them chibi. I guess you could use them for SDE

I'm pretty sure that SDE makes up a large part of their target audience. Still, if folks will buy it, you can bet somebody will try and sell it to em.

Here is the antidote to the chibi D&D. http://www.indiegogo.com/otherworldDA
Otherworld miniatures = OLDSKOOL! Where did I put my torches and iron rations? They even make rust monsters and owlbears.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

Konrad, thank you and thank you! I'm getting some. These will go well with the old skool limited edition Spevna fantasy minis I recently purchased.
What's that? Too many models you say?
Can't hear you!
