Jus starts a new game A happening that occurs but once every age.
That's right, Super dungeon explore , this miniatures board game has it all, heroes, monsters, items, treasure, not to mention the uniquely chibi anime design. Grim dark...more like funky bright amirite

I played this once a few years ago, and really enjoyed it. It's a fun game. MiJ endorses this purchase

I've heard good things! Mostly I'd be daunted by painting the huge googly anime eyes all the models have. (The kobolds kick butt, though.)

I remember playing this with Ennui (I miss Matt) a few years back. He was a big, big fan. I remember it took me a couple of games to get my head around the rules, but it was a lot of fun. And that's in spite of my indifference bordering on annoyance with chibi-charm.

Yeah, Matt ( i miss him too) introduced me to the game, many moons ago. I remember playing with it with mij! Great fun.

@tod, yeah those googly anime eyes are going to test my free hand skills. Will they be found wanting?
Also. Unfortunately i don't have the kobolds. This is the 2nd boxed game with tree monsters. The kobold edition is currently undergoing a re release with new sculpts, Along with rpg rules, I fully intend to get it as well

Wouldn't mind giving it a go, too. Those anime eyes will be a good painting challenge, but have no fear, I'm sure a Google search will be your friend.
