I would like to add one more mat, if not too late.

A futuristic mat for both infinity and 40k might be a good investment: Something like this:

What do you guys think of it? Maybe something more generic would get more use?

Good point! Do you think one carry case would have the wriggle room for both the mats I bought?

I managed to fit 2 3x3 Star Wars mate into 1 bag, so I think you'd be ok.
