Well, it looks like Spartan Games, not content with me being the only player with models for Uncharted Seas in Nagoya and being on the fence about Firestorm Armada has decided that they need to offer me more high quality product. Seriously, at this point a drug habit would be cheaper.
Anyway, here is their latest range of desireables.

That is all sorts of cool. I am still determined to scratchbuild my Uncharted fleet but I am 100% going to grab a fleet/army of those bad boys!

Luckily for all of us, Spartan's prices are very very competitive (the beauty of small scale minis).
And this was a suprise to everyone. They are still set to release Firestorm Invasion in the new year. FI is set in the same universe as the Firestorm Armada game and is supposed to be released in a variety of scales, 6mm, 15mm and 38mm for Battles to Skirmish level games.
This new steampunk thing looks awesome.

Dystopian Wars will be shipping from the End of November.
The initial starter packs will be some big ol' steamships and some small fighter aircraft for each race. Each race will also get an aircraft carrier as a blister pack release. The airships and tanks will follow in later expansions.
