Here are some links for those interested in WWW2 stuff.

This game is very similar to space Hulk. You play a either a squad of power armoured soldiers or an evil Nazi scientist with zombies.

I like the look of Incursion and am quite keen to try it. Its a board game so you dont need to buy loads of stuff to play. You dont even have to use official minis as other companies do similar stuff. On their website they have the rules and stats for free download so you can test drive them.

Dust Tactics is claiming a September release, although there isn't too much information out yet. Some pics of the minis are here, though.

Speaking of Weird WWII board games, I've played Tannenhauser a few times. That one is pretty fun. I like the look of Dust Tactics and Gear Krieg. I'm a sucker for robots.

Dust Tactics looks sweet mate

I have heard of Tannenhauser but dont know much about it. Is it skirmish level?

I agree about loving robots. My dream is to field a 40k Ork army with 2 Deff Dredds and 9 killa kans. Mechas and robots rock.

Yeah, Tannenhauser is skirmish. You're basically a bunch of normals, American and Nazis, fighting over some eldritch goal, usually. I think some of the nazis have some powers from some forbidden items or something like that. It was pretty fun.

If you really want to run an army like that, may I point you to Warmachine? *ahem* ;)

Warmachine does have some dandy minis but I barely play all the stuff I have now. :(

I like the idea of having minis that I could use in a variety of settings. A bunch of WW2 stuff that could be used for historical skirmish but could be supplemented with a few zombies and mecha to work in a Weird War setting appeals to me.

Model companies around the world are conspiring to take all my money from me.
This August/September we have WFB 8th starter set, Malifaux's first add on, Dust Tactics and Heresy style armour for Warhammer 40k from Forge World.
I've never been happier :D
