Dwarf King’s Hold – Dead Rising!

Sounds good. It is a dungeon crawl game where the dwarves have goen back to a lost hold to get rid of the undead that have infested it.

It is the the first in a planned 3 series dungeon crawl set. The next three will introduce new bad guys for them to go against and all three dungeons can be put together to form a massive dungeon.

Once I see some finished pics, I may well be ordering this.

I think their minis are a bit hit and miss but the same could be said of most companies. I am more interested in this dungeon crawl game they are releasing.

I like dungeon crawls as they are fun, social, and go well with beer. They make for good times when someone doesn't want the hassel of 40k or WHFB. I have loads of those kinds of games stored as PDFs but if Mantic will do one with all the figs, tiles etc then I may well be tempted.

the models look alright and all my pod cast listening tells me the games are very well done... I guess we shall see...
