You don't need any minis, that's kind of the point of this demo game. But in the long run, hopefully you'll be able to play with any fantasy minis you want.

Just got around to reading the background, sounds like a decent concept. Looking forward to scavenging for sweetrolls in the ruins of a knackered-castle, anyway.
