Where, When, How and all that

Since I could find no thread on it I figured I should make one.
Would it be possible to get the location of our venue as well as a rough time-table for start and end?
Also, would anybody by chance pass by Kyoto in a car/be able to pick up/direct me from Nagoya station on the day? XD I am but a poor student and can thus not bring a car to the party sadly.

The nearest station is Kanayama. Kanayama is 5 minutes from Nagoya on the JR Chuo and Tokaido lines and the Meitetsu line. It is also accessible by subway using the Meijo line. When you arrive in Nagoya station, you will need to transfer. Look for trains heading for Toyohashi, Okazaki or Tajimi. Every train stops at Kanayama.

When you get to Kanayama station, look around for the subway station, it's at one end of the JR/Meitetsu station. Go downstairs, bear left, go past the shops, continue to bear left and walk all the way to the end of the subway station and you will find an access tunnel to the venue hall. Go up the stairs and head up to the 3rd floor.
Please note that there is NO parking at the venue. If you do intend to come by car, please PM me and I can suggest a few places.

Saturday 9th - 40K campaign event.
9:00 - Doors open
10:00-13:30 - First game
13:30-14:30 - Lunch
14:30-17:30 - Second game
17:30-18:00 - Break
18:00-20:30 - Third game
21:00 - End of Day 1 and dinner time.
Sunday 10th - Free play 40K and Demo Games
9:00 - Doors open
10:00-13:00 - Demo Game Slot 1*
13:30-16:30 - Demo Game Slot 2*
17:00-20:00 - Demo Game Slot 3*
21:00 - End of Day 2

If you have a smartphone remember to post on the forum if you have trouble finding the place. I'm sure one of us can meet up with you. But, otherwise, it is pretty easy to find.

Just because this hasn't been said elsewhere (I think), entrance will be the same as every year.
1 day - 2500 yen.
2 days - 4500 yen.
