Is that "troops" as in "units", or troops as in "Troops". I ask cos game 1 is units, and that T ain't capitalised.

Please accept my humble apologies.
It is capitalised now. Troops as in 'from the Troops part of your codex.'

I noticed that this one doesn't have the 'no units over 200pts' restriction that the previous mission did. Since it's kill points, there is an advantage to bringing one or a few really big units.

True, but you also end up with an 'all your eggs in one basket' situation where you get wiped out. It's not that likely, but it might happen.

At this senario, could we use dedicate transport vehicle for troops in spite of it categorizes FAST ATTACK?
Let us know.

Let us know.
Some of the newer codexes have vehicles listed as fast attack and dedicated transports.
For example, Marines can buy an empty Rhino as a Fast Attack choice or, they can buy a Rhino for a tactical/assault/devastator/sternguard squad as a dedicated transport.

If you buy a Fast Attack vehicle, it counts as being a Fast Attack unit only.
If you buy a dedicated transport it counts as being the same type of unit as the unit it was purchased for.
E.g. A dedicated transport for a Troops choice counts as a Troops choice. A dedicated transport for an Elites choice counts as an Elites choice.
Dedicated transports never fill a selection for missions, so you can't count a dedicated transport towards your compulsory units.
