NH2016 - Terrain

Post by Primarch » Tue Feb 02, 2016 6:54 am

At the Joshin event in January, the question of terrain at NagoyaHammer was raised.
As with last year, I would like to ask everyone to bring some terrain if they are able to. Last year, we had a little too much, but I think that is probably better than having too little.

This year, we have 40K on the first day, followed by Warmahordes and Bolt Action on the second. I'm planning to bring at least one table's worth of terrain with me, as well as a couple of terrain mats. Some terrain, such as natural features can be used in all three games, though buildings and ruins will usually be a bit more game specific.

So please have a look through your terrain collections and see if you have anything that could be used for 40K, Warmahordes or BA. If you can bring something along, even if you aren't playing that system, it would be most appreciated.

Thanks.

As with last year, I am able to bring two table's worth of good terrain for 40k, jungle and mountainous/caverns. I have a mat for the jungle, but no mat for the mountainous terrain yet :(

For Bolt Action, I can offer little at the moment. I have some hills (donated by Mike) and nice trees that need to be based. So basically I could add to a table.

I'll see what I can do. Should be able to muster something, although probly not a whole table's worth.

I have to travel further by bus and train, so I plan to bring a few hills and some buildings to add to a few tables.

Most of my terrain is Very Small and also Ash Waste-y, but I do have a few desert-themed scale-agnostic hills and stuff I could bring on day 2 for BA, as well as a desert mat if it's needed.
Feel free to call me Dave!
