I had a great time too, as always. Two days of fun gaming and great banter.
Thanks to the almighty Prim for running things once again and for everyone else that helped out. Thanks to my playing partners and opponents too.

Some of my highlights...

Finally getting my Valhallans in the table. Not exactly amazing results but I learnt a lot about how the Guard work. Playing on the snow table was great fun.

Playing a bizarre final game against 5 different armies! Absolutely bonkers!

Fielding the equivalent of 15,000 men in an epic (pun very much intended) 6mm Black Powder game against TOD. Just a pity that some folks can't see (literally and figuratively) what the appeal is

Finding someone else who thought 'Mad Max: Furry Toad' was absolute bollocks.

I was a bit worried going into the event the first day but happy to see that most people knew the rules only slightly better than I did. All of the games were fun and relaxed. I like the way people were paired off 1 on 1 with 750 points instead of having one person do 1500 points, it kept things going more smoothly I think.

Blood Bowl with Babies worked remarkably well, and I finally got a chance to try out my Nicodem Malifaux crew.

Thanks to all of my partners/opponents for the games, Primarch for setting this up, and everyone else who helped out!

It's pretty evident that our evil Overlord stacked the deck to win his event
I had a lot of fun, it was hard to manage not scoring at all

Hopefully see you next year!

I'll just chime in here at the end to echo all that has been said already.
And thanks for putting up the pics Yellowstreak! They turned out a lot better than any I took.
Till next year ladies and gentlemen.

(Keen-eyed readers will note, in the third picture, the French Cuirassiers slamming into the flanks of two British line companies. Mistakes... were made.)

It looks absolutely amazing Gents. Wish I could have been there.
Unfortunately my life was and still is playing out like a Johnny Cash song, losing my wife, my house, my job etc
Thank god I don't have a dog! :D
Perhaps after I find work I'll knuckle down and do a bit of the quiet life painting and be at the next one.
Keep it going Ladz. Great minis and photos as always.
All the best from the Mie swamps.

A division!
