A Dropzone Thread
Re: A Dropzone Thread
Here's a question - can you do reaction fire using an infantry squad's small arms?

Re: A Dropzone Thread
I don't see why not - there's no restrictions noted either under AA or the SA rules.Auxryn wrote:Here's a question - can you do reaction fire using an infantry squad's small arms?

More errata!

Generally continuing the trend of "buffing everything but Shaltari and nerfing Shaltari," sorry Auxryn, heh. But mostly minor points tweaks, really - I like the change of Angelos to Transport, since it means I might actually consider picking some up (although in practice the change was almost certainly to disallow taking Sirens in Support slots like the original Angelos rules allowed you to do).

Re: A Dropzone Thread
I can always play my UCM if I tire of the Shaltari. I'm actually most surprised that they went with a clunky special rule for Resistance ATV chem rounds instead of just making them flame weapons.
I'll need to go through all my books and write in the new rules.
I had completely forgotten that the Angelos was a transport at all - that would have been a nice trick.

Re: A Dropzone Thread
So the Kickstarter got funded for like 450% in 48 hours - looks like it's a success!
I actually think I'll be satisfied with Scourge ships for this unless the PHR ships look really awesome (which, let's face it, they might) - the Scourge look rad as hell, which makes me happy considering their (I have to admit I think) kind of hit-or-miss aesthetic in DzC.

Just a peak and I'm on board. I'll be pledging for a Starter force of UCM.

Re: A Dropzone Thread
I'm pretty sure I'll be getting a starter box at least, maybe two. I'm going to wait and see how the PHR look as well.
