So, new Apocalypse rules are coming out!
It looks like they have taken the old Epic rules and finangled them to work with full-size miniatures. As a fan of the ease and scale of 40k Epic, I'm excited to try this out.
Anyone else feeling interested?

Re: Apocalypse!
I'm keen to see how it goes. It could even be a smoother way to play regular 40k, if the rules are amenable. But regardless, I'm interested to see what they've done.

Re: Apocalypse!
This is something I've heard people talking about too. I don't, and probably will never, have enough models to play full-on Apocalypse qua Apocalypse (and my opinions about using 28mm models to do large battles are well known at any rate ) but if Apoc makes it easier and quicker to play a 2000-point-or-so game of 40K my interest would be piqued.me_in_japan wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2019 2:00 pmIt could even be a smoother way to play regular 40k, if the rules are amenable.

Well, I did it. I bought the new Apocalypse rules. There goes my hobby budget for July. We'll see how the rules are when they get here.
