Biel-Tan Eldar (Epic)

Post by AndrewGPaul » Wed Mar 24, 2021 12:04 pm

I’ve painted 2,000 points of Eldar in five days! They’re very small, though:

All painted with Contrast paints.

No, Warp Lightning over Grey Seer, highlighted withNoot Green. It’s the “Emerald Green” colour from the Citadel Colour app.

d'aaaaaaaaawwww! Lookit their widdle shuriken catapults! And their widdle hawk wings! Ooooooh, they're so precious! :D

Are those the epic eldar you got off me, aeons ago when the world was young? Some of em, anyway - pretty sure I never had any of those vehicles. Actually, I'm not even sure if I had aspect warriors, although common sense says I must have. Anyway, they're looking very shiny and green, and should be considered a job well done, I'd say. May their souls stay clear of the skittles for many years :)

No, these are all from Epic 40,000 from 1997. Yours are still in a box nearby. If I get to them they’ll probably end up as Alaitoc, I think.

You did have Aspect Warriors - they were even painted (and still are).

Ah, these advances in modern technology. Not like when I was a lad. We had to grind our own paint out of bug shells and eggs.

@AGP - Great looking Epic Eldar minis. Shame it's the only way to get most Aspect Warriors in plastic, even after all these years.

Tell me you've stopped doing that.
