Kuwana game day, June 12th 2011

I might show up.

I like the sound of advanced heroquest or better yet some warhammer fantasy rpg (wishful thinking, but hoping ash can come up with something for that) other than that, open minded.

@prime: hows that cutlass! plan coming along? if you will be demoing that at kuwana, I would like to take a gander.

I'd also like to maybe try strange aeons, as there been some hype surrounding that .

So far Ennui is the only one who has the rule book for SA but I have the demo version printed out so if he wont come then we can run a demo scenario or two with that.

I'd like to come but I'm playing with my Japanese group that day. We're looking for players to play shinobigami on the 19th though.

It's a possibility. I wont have the terrain ready by then (nor will I have a way of getting it that far), but I will have some models on hand, maybe even with some paint on them. I'd like to play a game or two to get a feel for the system before we play 'for real' at Joshin.

Okay here is what I intend to do..

I will bring what I have for SA and the demo rules, see if someone wants to play that.
Otherwise I am up for anything, I have NEVER played an RPG before so I barely have an idea what it is about but I guess I could participate..
Otherwise if there are any other board games that could be fun too.

I'll bring Fury of Dracula if anyone wants to play that in the morning. After that I want to try Cutlass. I'd like to play some rpg if we can. Jus, alternatively to board games in the morning I'm happy to run some Warhammer Fantasy ( max 3-4 hours) if you and at least two others are interested. As long as this doesn't detract from Leslies game in the afternoon.

Jus let me know if you are on for WFRP from the morning and I will prepare something. If not I'll bring Fury of Dracula.

@ Seb: RPGs are great fun. I have only played a couple of times too, but they were lots of fun. You can really get into the characters world and try some crazy stuff. Like trying to convince your 'ally' not to go for head shot at the guy who has you in a headlock and using you as a human shield. Right Ash?

I'll be bringing "3:16" to the event. I hopeto get it running in the mid afternoon and wrap up before 6:00, but we'll have to see.
If you haven't played RPGs before this will be a good chance to see what all the fuss is about.

I'll also bring WFRP for anyone who wants to play that. I was thinking of running The Oldenhaller Contract from the 1st edition rules. This will be in the morning. We probably won't have time for two rpgs but you never know. Still no word from Jus.
