Some Primaris stats in the latest update: https://www.warhammer-community.com/201 ... ge-post-4/

Looks like they have T5 for the ones in "gravis" armor, which looks like the kind with the hood like the captain and jump dudes get at least, and 2W standard. And the jump guys get 6 S5 shots at 18". And are 8 points for 3, which was the same cost as a squad of 5 Rubric Marines, so they're not ridiculously pricey.

Yeah, they've changed how Ld works entirely and apparently 7 is the new 8.

https://www.warhammer-community.com/201 ... 00-morale/

The core idea is that at the end of a turn in which you take casualties, you roll D6, add the number of casualties, subtract your Ld, and lose that many models. (Ld 7 squad loses 3, rolls a 5, 3+5-7=1, so they lose one more guy.) So tough, small-unit forces will generally have less to worry about anyway, plus whatever the effects of ATSKNF end up being.

Edit: In fact, here's the whole cure rules!

Lots of stats are appearing out in the world as US stores get their advance copies of the rules - vehicles are tending to be more expensive, while people seem to be really pleased with buffs to core troop units in lots of armies.

ah, zose bigmarines. Always zey are compensating for ze somezing...

On a more serious note, if I were to buy the box set, would anyone be interested in buying the marines off me? If I can get a buyer for them, I'm in for the box set. If not, I probably won't (which wil be disappointing, as I kinda do like the nurgle stuff.) Price will be tbc, but basically I'm thinking of whatever the box is minus whatever the cost of standalone book is, remainder divided by two, less a bit to account for dice and stuff* (and if you rilly rilly want the dice, I'm sure we can work something out). Any takers?

*e.g. from element games that works out as box (76GBP)-rulebook(28GBP)=48GBP / 2 = 24GBP = 4000en for all the marine stuff in the box. Nae bad, if I do say so meself...

ps also if you want me to pick up a separate rulebook and/or indexes for you, I'd be happy to oblige.

...Yeah, all right. I... found some leaked indexes online, so won't need those just yet, and I'm going to wait and see if they release a digest-sized rulebook instead of getting the Massive Tome of Doom (and, TBH, to see how the meta shakes out in terms of actually adopting the game), so that should do me.

Done - sold to the chap with the excellent name. As previously mentioned, I'll be picking this up on my trip to Scotland, so it won't be back here until mid August. Is that ok for you?

I'm trying to avoid leaks, meself. Usually I'm happy to peruse such things, but having decided I'm going to buy them, I like to tantalize myself as much as possible :P

Yeah, I'm in no hurry! The stuff I've got will be enough for some exploratory-like ventures back into 40K-land.
