October Nagoya Games Day: 10/20 at e-Able Nagoya

Post by The Other Dave » Tue Sep 24, 2019 2:49 am

Hi all! We're back at e-able in Higashi-Betsuin again this month:

Place: e-able Nagoya
Time: 9am to 4pm
Cost: 500 yen if you play any games

Once again, I'll be out of the country this month, living the exciting "going to a conference in Tacoma" lifestyle that makes me the envy of all my friends and colleagues.
Feel free to call me Dave!

I should be playing Bolt Action in the morning and Konrad has suggested we play Mordheim in the afternoon, so that is my schedule filled.

I won't be able to make it either since I'll be in Kanazawa that weekend. I'll try to make it next time.

Afternoon game would be good. Mordheim just can't be beat for pure atmosphere.

Seeing as Halloween is around the corner, anyone up for a bit of Strange Aeons in the morning? I have yet to put my cultists on the table.

Now that I'm aiming for a real army at Nagoyahammer, I would like to play some 40K to learn how. Is anyone up for a game? What points total do we normally do for Nagoyahammer?

Last year at NagoyaHammer we did 1000 points, and it seemed to work pretty well with the group's general casual approach and command of the rules.

I'll be around!

Looking for 40k or Malifaux. Only played one game of Malifaux so far and it was 2 months ago, so I've probably forgotten a lot of rules, but I want to keep at it.

Sorry but I'm not a good terrain patron yet, so if someone else could provide terrain that'd be stellar.

@Jye Nicolson if you wanna play a game of 40k, I'd be down.

@Grantholomeu - great, how many points? I'm trying to get a 1000 point list together to slowly iterate towards Nagoyahammer, but I can probably do up to 2000.
