Re: October 2025 Nagoya Games Day
I can come this month. I'll likely bring Space Marines again because I have managed to get painting again and I'm working on them.
Honestly, I would be really interested in trying Legio Imperialis!

I’ve just painted up the gravestones and reinforcements for my undead collections.

Here is my tentative adaptation of the scenario from Q37.
Graveyard Mayhem
SET-UP
Place eight gravestone markers in the centre of the table. These should be arranged in two rows of four. Each row should run parallel to the player edges.
Each row should be about 3” from the centre of the table, and thus about 6” apart.
Each gravestone should be about 3” away from its neighbours. The rest of the table should be crowded with low walls, rabbles, and various ominous terrain pieces.
Warbands should deploy as normal.
Place the central loot token in its normal spot. Players should then place two loot tokens
each, following the standard rules, except that at least one of the tokens must be placed
adjacent to a gravestone marker.
SPECIAL RULES
At the end of each turn, starting with the player that lost initiative, each player has the
option to select one of the gravestone markers, roll a die, and consult “Beneath the Gravestone” table. If the result is any of the undead, the player may immediately place one said monster anywhere on the table within 2” of that marker. The player is allowed to place this monster directly into combat with a figure if that figure is within 2” of the marker. Each marker may only produce one monster during the scenario, so it is worth marking the marker in some way to show that a monster has emerged.
If you’d like a few more undead in this scenario, roll for random encounters as normal when loot tokens are picked up for the first time. If this results in an encounter, place a zombie and a skeleton at different random points along the table edge. These additional monsters are instead of any encounter creatures.
MULTIPLAYER MODIFICATION
If playing with more than two players, increase the number of gravestone markers to twelve and arrange them in three rows of four. The players are left to determine the exact arrangement of the markers as they should try and make them as equidistant from each of the starting warbands as possible.
LOOT AND EXPERIENCE
Roll for loot as normal after this scenario.
Experience is gained as normal with the following additions:
• +10 experience points if the wizard is ever in combat with a monster.
• +10 experience points if the apprentice is ever in combat with a monster.
• +10 experience points if a member of the warband is reduced to 0 Health by a monster.
Beneath the Gravestone
1-7: No one’s home!
8-11: A skeleton
12-17: A zombie
18-19: A soldier skeleton
20: A zombie plus another roll for this table

I will be bringing Blood Angels this time! Will try to sneak in a Spearhead and maybe Kill Team to the case too but the focus is squarely on the space vampires.
