We do have the place from 9-9 but of course you may need to be home a lot earlier. I would want you to play a game, so how about you play and convert Auxryn and I'll try to hit him up afterwards for 40k?

We can play FoW or Epic another time.
Cool, I do owe you a game or three, though.

Auxryn, fancy a game of Epic in the morning?
Feel free to call me Dave!

Okay. Epic in the morning. 40k in the afternoon.

I don't really know anything about epic, so feel free to cook up anything you think I could quickly get the handle of.

@Job - What points level are you thinking? Got any scenario in mind?

@ ToD: Sure, sometime we should get that FoW game in. On a different point, I want to talk to you about our Dropzone Commander project.

@ Auxryn: Sure. Let's just play something from the book. If you have a twist or interesting mission you want to play, we can do that, too. As for points, how about we set up 1.5 and 1k lists, and we can play depending on time? (Personally, I can stay for some time.) Also maybe we should think about squeezing Dekana and others into the game.

@ Dekana: I have a Dark Angels army you can borrow if you like. It is mostly a bunch of terminators with a couple tactical squads, land speeder, bikes and some devastators. In the morning Komura-san I believe is free. He is a good guy to play against. You can join Auxryn and myself in the afternoon. Maybe we can loop in Prim for a team game.

Or I can offer my Bolt Action army.

My cowboys may have a hard time with terminator armour, but thanks for the offer.

@prim: aren't like DA terminators Native Americans in Space? Malifaux vs Deathwing, sci-do comboys and Indians, right? :D

@Prim Thank you for summarizing. I have not gotten any update from beginner club member. I will follow him up.

@Dekana Could we play 40K game in this morning? I can prepare less than 1500pt.
Or, if someone lend you bolt action unit, I can arrange less than 1000pt game.
Could you tell me which are convenient for you.

@MtP Let play 1500pt 40K game in that affectednoon.

@Dekana - I have some Tau models I could bring along, depending on what you are looking to play/collect. Mostly infantry, a handful of Crisis suits, and a couple of Broadsides.

@Job - a standard game at 1.5 or 1k would be fine. I should have plenty of time Sunday, so we won't be too rushed.
Last time I played a narrative game Warboss Ripgorr was slain by Coteaz but subsequently revived through the action of some vile warp-tainted monolith. I was thinking he has become super-charged with demonic energy and is now going on a rampage even more destructive than before.
I'm planning to count him as Ghazghull Thraka (I use the Ghazghull model for him anyway) and put him in a Trukk with an honor guard of 5 Meganobs. So be ready for that unit. The rest should be a motley assortment of the sort of orks I usually bring.
Are you planning to bring Dark Angels? Perhaps they could be Deep Striking in to assassinate the Warboss and throw the Waaagh into confusion. We could make a rule like for Cypher where if he lives I get 1vp and if you can kill him with a model within 6" (to make sure he doesn't get away) you get 3 vps.
If you'd rather just roll for a mission, that would be fine too, of course.

Anyone free to play 40k at 2000 points or Black Powder?
I'd like to join for the day. I haven't been to Zengo yet.
Advanced Space Crusade and Epic I would also love to try.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

@Ashmie, Dekana, Auxryn: Why don't we play a team game? we could all bring 1k lists (more if you want a big game) in the afternoon?
