Good for you. Are they just for painting or are you going to use them for a game. Not that you have to.

Definitely only painting. Based off the ar-fienel I already have (the original sculpt) they will be teeny wee fragile things with arms the diameter of a space marines banner pole.

Damn! I thought you had finally joined the band wagon and might be starting an elf fantasy army ;) ;) The elf archer is lovely!

The elf archer is lovely!
Darn tootin' she is, and for 12.99 she'd better be. Mike McVey is a man with it all sorted out. He runs a business that can only be called a miniatures boutique, he pays ex-rackham sculptors to produce what are widely regarded as the highest quality minis out there, and then his wife paints them. Sorted :D

Well, da dokter haz finished da wagon. commentz plz...

I would just like to say that as an eldar at heart, i feel dirty, DIRTY I say, after adding so much grime to a model. Orks, you disgust me. Get in there with a cleaning rag fer the love o gork!

Out of interest, this is what's technically known as an Ork Mekboy Junka. It's not a battlewagon, and it's not a trukk. It's a mekboy Junka. It has a number of int'restin things you should know about it.

1) It probably contains Admiral Badruck
2) It has AV 11 on the front and side.
3) It has a mekboy forcefield which extends 6" from the hull.
4) It has an 'ard case, so it's not open topped.
5) It has a wreckin' ball
6) It probably has 3 twin rokkit launchas, but theyre not modelled on due to a lack of rokkits...

In other words: you have been warned...

Oh man that is ........

Well my first comment should be you need to get out more, but.... I'm glad you haven't been able to because that mate.... is f'(&ing amazing and I do mean amazing. It takes a lot of effort to get minis looking that good but you seem to have gone above and beyond the call of duty buddy. It could be an orc dashi right, it's that sacred looking. Nice. That is so cool. :D :) :)
Have a cup of tea on me.
Hope family are keeping well. See you soon when things calm down at your gaff give me a bell.

-edit- You have restored my faith in painting for paintings sake. My happiest time with the hobby was when I was buying models I didn't have the armies for just because I wanted to paint them and as a result I always did a better job of them. Cheers. :D
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Minis painted in 2017: 13
Minis painted in 2018: 45

This might just qualify as 'awesome' under the strict new guidelines I proposed.
It seems a shame to hand it over to its owner. You should just keep it.

P.S. Thank Prim that you're the judge in The Naghammer painting comp, so we mere mortals at least have a chance of (modest) glory :D
