Well, Japanese prices didn't change at all, on terrain or anything else as far as I can tell. But it seems to me that GW has always expected players to make their own terrain, and the terrain possibilities provided by the rules go well beyond what is actually available as kits. Making terrain is high on my list of priorities after my army is all or mostly painted. I think it will encourage people to buy big, plastic terrain sets. woe, woe is me I'm pretty sure that almost all of that list, and certainly all of the Tau, is just finecast recasts of old metal models.
