(I usually find, along with point size and number of players, another two points controlling the length of the game is pre-game prep time and keeping the in-game timing together and efficient. I think we are doing the former now, so if we push to keep our game quick, we could accommodate additional players.)
Nagoya Games Day - 29th May 2011
Re: Nagoya Games Day - 29th May 2011
It would be nice to add another good faction, because, currently, I am the only true "Good" army. Also it leaves two players to play their individual game. Certainly adding players can be more time-consuming, if we make a point as a group to keep things moving smoothly, we could have one EPIC battle.

Suit yourself, but I wouldn't remove yourself from the fun so quickly. (Not to say '40k isn't fun') If the number of players goes up, we could use a third guy with a more limited force.Seb wrote:I don't think that I will be able to finish my army in time so then you could eventually count me out and maybe get a team game.

It's a bit of a nightmare trying to get the numbers right. I'll attend and maybe bring my army buy mainly I have to interview Asch in the morning. If there is space and availability in the morning then that is great but I won't be disappointed if there isn't.
Kojibear are you free for a game in the morning?

Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

It is just that I need to assemble 30 more minis to get my army ready and this week I won't have much hobby time.job wrote:Suit yourself, but I wouldn't remove yourself from the fun so quickly. Sorry for taking your time, Jus.

haha , I have a proposal Just so you can get a taste for the game.It is just that I need to assemble 30 more minis to get my army ready and this week
hmm tell you what. If you throw together whatever you can bring, 1000 even, we can still have a small introduction game where I can show you how to play it. This will be purely for fun and education, so it won't matter if its a legal army or not (within reason, of course lol). what do you say?
Re: Nagoya Games Day - 29th May 2011
@ Prim
I think I can do up to 2000 points. Definitely 1500 pts.
@ Jus
Sounds cool, I dont have any core troops though. But I will bring what I have and we'll see what we can do.

I'm sorry you can't play in the team game. Of course 40k is a good alternative.
@ Jus, would you mind bringing your High Elves instead if we get another "bad" army?
We need another player. Please somebody volunteer.Just suggestive schedule of people...
