blood angels terminator reclusiarch with powerfist?

Oh sages of nagoyahammer, please check this.
Is this actually legal? people say it is, but i'm not too sure after looking at the entry. It says replace bolter with powerfist, thats ok, but then it says replace power amour and bolter with terminator armor and storm bolter... do you still get to keep the power fist?

because it will be like keeping something that was supposed to be switched out kind of thing.

Nope, you can either have PA and a Fist or you can switch out the PA for TA and from that stage you are limited to the upgrades from the TA entry. So you can only get the Fist if it is an option for the Terminator.
Sorry. Besides, Chaplains come with power weapons already, an extra Fist is a waste of points.
