Yes

And while GW doesn't make Primarch models, they do make enough models for you to kit-bash one if you so desired.
Seems like a bit of a double standard there mate.
I dont disagree, it is a bit of a double standard. And I do have a kitbashed Corax (thanks to the talents of DungeonLord and M_i_J). However, the effort involved in kitbashing a model and the end result of said work, to me, is more than I am willing to do, so I choose to buy the Kabuki figures. As I said, I would buy the GW one's in preference but since GW have stated they will never make them I can't.
From the other side of things, if GW turned round and made Draco-Chickens I'm sure people would be calling them thieving
Grimlocks.
To sum up my position, which people are free to disagree with/disapprove of if they so wish.
I have absolutely no disagreement with generic models or historical models (orcs and elves, napoleonics etc),
I have no trouble if the model will
never be available (kabuki's range),
I'm ok if the model isnt available now and the producer isnt an idiot using copyright terms (CHS being an idiot), provided that the alternative is discontinued as and when the real model becomes available.
I firmly believe that if the model IS available and another company makes a knock off just to cash in on it, that the other company is a bunch of thieving
Grimlocks with no excuse.
This purchasing behaviour extends into things other than models. Models just happen to be my largest expenditure of disposable income.
