So we are minus one of the main PCs for our campaign tomorrow because he's off to Joshin kids land instead. So do we press ahead without Jus for this time or wait until we can all next make it?
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Have his character played by the DM. Have said character then get crippled and contract numerous 'social' diseases. Let him continue to play said character for the rest of the campaign. :D Everyone's a winner.

Well I wish I could have made it it was always going o be a long shot. But I am really sorry if I can make it to a game I do it is just this time I just could not make it. I have piano movers coming at 1:00 so I had to cancel my trip to tus. I thought I could do the nagoya hammer but the movers are coming at 1:00!!!! that will not get me to any game with enough time to game.

No worries Rob. Or should I say,

Apology accepted.....Admiral.

(Please tell me I'm the first one to get that line on the forum.) :D

T'was a fun day of gaming.

Justin's character now has a gimpy right hand, is on zero wounds, and has lost about 8 gold coins. The only reason he is still alive is that he miraculously survived being unconscious in a burning village that was attacked by two waves of the undead.

If Justin fails to make it to the next RPG event I see the career path of "sex slave/rent boy" in his character's near future. ;)

The 40K went well too. I won on kill points by every last bit of skin on all the teeth in my mouth. I reckon another turn would've seen MiJ's Nurgle nasties giving me a bit of a kicking.

To finish off we ended up drinking some lovely imported beer, and eating a bucket (yes, a real bucket, not a proverbial one) of french fries courtesy of Ash.

All in all a great day of gaming.

Now I have an image of Ash chocking Rob using the force for not coming to his event. Scary.
That said, I thought it was a captain that Vader choked out? Or am I missing the point of this line entirely?

Well, Vader choked a captain, Needa, and then an admiral, Ozzel, later.

However, the line 'Apology accepted' was for poor Captain Needa. He really should have sent his underling to apologise....silly boy.
