Yo! My homies! MiJ is in dah haaaaaauuuuz!

The stars have aligned - I have a two day weekend, the wife is going to see "Wicked" with her coworker, and there's a games day organised. Hell yeah!

I shall be there with bells on, assuming I can find the place and remember where I put my bells. It's been so long since I last wore em...

I would very much be up for some 40k. 1500 or 1750pts (but heck, I aint that fussed, points-wise. I can go up or down if youve got strong feelings about it.) Failing that, Warmachine would be nice too, or heck, if people are dead against miniature based games, I'll come up and just play board games if I have to.

What say you - any takers for 40k? Warmachine?

ps @job - I have plenty of nurgle marines if you need to borrow some. i can fill space in my bag with infantry easily enough. Vehicles are more problematic, but poooosibly doable. Maybe. Just let me know in advance so I can pack what you need.

@admiral badruck - ooh! Trollblood/ork trukk handover opportunity? Also, if you've space, I'd love to take a gander at any fancy veteran/special space marines that youre selling. You got any vanguard, perchance?

I plan on coming for the morning hours, then I'll take off about 4pm.

I'm going to be possibly a complete bum as I haven't kicked my butt into the 40k direction yet. Also the plans afterwards preclude me from carrying much. :?

So, I'd certainly take up MiJ on his offer for nurgle marines. :) (It is an army I entertain some interest in collecting and playing, so it would be fun to try some nurgle marines out.)

Also will there be any board games going on?

I will be there along with a 40k army of 1500 - 1750 points as needed.

I'll have to check how my wife is doing as she is pregnant at the moment. :)
If I join is it possible to play something other than 40k? I'm not that into it lately. Think it's just the repetitiveness of playing codex marines all the time and getting shot to bits. Would like to play Fury of Dracula if there is interest. Takes about one to two hours. Talisman is also good. I can bring either of these. ;)
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

although I knew this anyway, Im gonna say congratulations, since it seems to have flown under everybody else's radar :D Congratulations! :D

I shall let you know what kind of effect it has on one's painting/gaming as of february...

@job - sure, nae probs, I can bring along some stinkies and you can give em a test run. One thing though - I'll probably be bringing eldar of some kind as my own army, so I wont have space for any chaos vehicles, and will only have so much space for infantry. However, if you fancy, I could bring 500 pts or so of nurglies, and we could do a wee mini infantry only (on both sides) game. Is there any units you particularly want to try out? I have the units in this thread...

Anybody else bringing 40k? No offence to Prim, but I played him pretty recently (er...August, which was my second most recent game) so I'd kinda like to play some other folks, if theyre coming. Im sure he feels the same way.
