I have two possible solutions: :)

1) Buy them "for your child." Christmas, B-days. And don't worry about their age. When they are young they won't use them yet. If they're older they stop using them. And if don't have children, well you know what you need to acquire, or adopt option two.

2) ask your parents to uncover your old Lego collection.

I viewed it on my phone but I would like to get a closer look. Certainly got me interested in Lego again :shock:

You could be onto something here. In all the years I used lego as a child I never once saw a miscast piece or a bent bit. There was never a need for Liquid Lego Stuff! Lets here it for Lego!!!
I had a few miscasts, as well as blank heads. They were a wee bit creepy. :)
