GW Has 6th Ed Pre Order up

Post by pdfitzg » Sat Jun 23, 2012 1:29 am

Funny, but the Japanese site has more information on it for the 6th ed release than the US site. Anyhow, I feel for you guys. $500 for the Japanese Collector's set???? I paid a little over half of that and still regret my impulse buy. :)

For the US, if you order and have it sent to a GW store it is guarenteed delivery of June 30th, the official release date.

Also, I noticed pictures of some servo skulls with the gamers edition, but the US site doesn't mention them in any of the descriptions, so not sure what they are for or if they are really included.

All looks cool. Have fun hiding your credit card bills from the spouses!

By my reckoning (well, Google's currency converter), 20,000 Yen is about $250, not $500. Still it's twice the price on the UK store.

I believe they're little stands for the objective markers and suchlike.

Think you are right about the servo skulls, but the Collector's set has both the Collector's ed book and the Gamers ed set, so it really is that much money according to Google currency converter. :) Of course they seem to be totally sold out of the Collector's set already so it's no longer on the GW sites.

Yes, I read that somewhere else after posting here; I hadn't even realised there was a Collectors' Set, just the Collectors' Edition book.
