True on both counts. Very true.
I do it for two reasons;
1. I enjoy it.
2. I have LONG breaks in my schedule and all my paints and hobby stuff at work. Fun way to kill time
If you have a regular schedule and are doing it in your free time after work, it does take a bit chunk of your time which could otherwise be spent painting and playing.
It is better suited for Orks in so much as if you are out a few millimeters here and there you can just slap on an extra armour plate. It will work very well for Imperial Guard and Space Marine stuff BUT it will require extra precision and patience. If I played Space Marine I would, at most do just one or two key vehicles. Bugger doing 6 rhinos!
