No, it's a Landing Craft. For comparison, a Thunderhawk Gunship carries 40 Marines. A Thunderhawk Transporter carries a single Land Raider or two Rhinos. a Landing Craft carries 60 and either six Rhinos or four Land Raiders. It also mounts two Predator Annihilator turrets, three Razorback turrets and a profusion of storm bolters, and is twice as resilient as a Thunderhawk.

The Thunderhawk Transporter is a Forge World's own thing. Bloody annoying, because I'd have liked a Forge World-scaled Epic Landing Craft. Or a Thunderhawk Transporter from Specialist Games. It's all moot now, Isuppose.

I actually think that'd work. It would echo the very Eldar idea of hope-after-desolation, as well as being simple enough to model (I have an imperial building scenery set somewhere, courtesy of Prim) and the flowers would break up the mono-grey. I'll need to buy some teeny tiny flowers, but I suspect Secret Weapon or somebody of that ilk produces something I'll be able to use.
Excellent! But don't forget the gazebos! They would echo the very Eldar idea of slender fragility and wussy garden parties where everyone just mopes around, looks at the flowers and sighs deep profound, oh-woe-is-me sighs.

Great Jobu, with the epic army.

Love the old warlord and reaver design, never was a fan of the boxier newer version.

I painted a lot of space marines, terminators, machinator jet bike, Chapterhouse jetbike, and some of the stuff from Ring-tail but not too a level that i find picture worthy and the heat i killing me and drying my paint too fast evendo i use a wet pallete.

Seriously? Nobody's done anything all week?

Well, anyhoo, I've been diligently squeezing in a wee tiny bit f painting when I can, and my support weaps are almos done. Just need to do the crew and bases now. I've also really started to come round to biohazard 6. The interweaving 4 person story arc is actually rather clever, and must have been a bugger to write.

PS: read the reviews on this.

I made the mistake of doing so while on a bus full of school kids (we're off to visit a university for a shinro thing today). Near peed myself laughing, so I did. Got some right funny looks... :?

I've done next to nothing all week due to being busy with work and pretty sleepy when I got home.

@M_i_J - I'm not even going to ask.

Coming off the glory of Saturday's battle (well fought all around), I finally forced myself to start on the individual models for the DA. Of course with a head full Le Gloire, I ended up also prepping some miscellaneous 8 French infantry and converted a trumpeter for a second command stand. Then I on a whim ordered the Polish lancers I've been dying to have and nearly a regiment from Frontrank. Uh, I've got to avoid getting sucked into a buying frenzy.

I'm really glad you didn't ask. I was trying to figure out how I was going to not ask. Luckily you went ahead and didn't ask, so I didn't have to.
And I painted sort of . I've been Jackson Pollocking a groundsheet, trying to make it look sandy for Gorkamorka. Not quite satisfied. Not a problem though. I can always just spatter paint on the other side.
