And I will be bailing out too. Just had an invite to the beach on the 11th, so the 10th will be busy getting ready. Sorry, but can't pass on a day swimming with the kids and eating bbq until comatose.

I have to say you have your priorities right, man. Now, if we can get ToD to also provide BBQ and a kiddie pool this event could compete on the level of a beach outing. ToD?

A couple slots have opened if anyone's still interested in taking part. Armies unspoken for are Blood Angels, Gargant Bigmob, Titan Legions, Iron Warriors and Necrons - although if you want to use one of the latter two, let me know sooner rather than later as I'll have some painting to do this weekend.

Everyone who is coming, remember to bring a metric tape measure, dice, a small 40K blast marker, and 300 yen for the room. Prim, I'll need to ask you to bring a mat and some terrain, and maybe two mats if anyone else signs up.

Since we only have the room 'till 5:00, I would like to hit the ground running at 9:30, so try to arrive by 9:15 or so so's we can set up and get started while kibbitzing. (Map to the venue is still in the OP.)

Hi, Sorry if I missed something - I haven't come to the last 2 Epicstravaganzas so wasn't sure if they were both held at the same place. I found this in the Original Post (OP?) for the first Epicstravaganza, is it the right venue? Thanks!

Place: Meihoku Community Center (check out http://g.co/maps/5mm4 for a map) - it's about a 12 or 15-minute walk from Ozone station on the JR Chuo line, or a 2-3 minute walk from Heian-dori on the subway Meijo line.
