Oh, sorry. I guess your Dragoons are not quite battle ready, huh?

That I guess means the French will have a strong advantage in calvary (4-2), but the Allies a good advantage in Infantry (13-9). Still, seems to work out.

No paint beyond a black spray coat. And for me as far as BP goes, no paint = no gaming.

Just to re-cap, as I understand it, we got a pile of Black Powder with a smattering of Hulk/ASC and Dungeon Lord is bringing some board games? I'll be down and willing to jump into anything.

A couple of quick questions for the Black Powder crowd.
Do cannons count towards the break point of a brigade? (RAW - Artillery is ignored for the size of a brigade unless it is the majority unit type).
Is the break point for a brigade is 50% of the brigade? (RAW - Yes, it is).

I only ask because I know these rules have been tweaked in the past and I want to make sure we are all reading from the same page.

Well, I guess this is actually connected to the question "how long do you want to play?" Stronger the brigades, more likely the game will be longer. This isn't necessarily trouble as I was thinking maybe we'll have some kind of Turn limit (the fall of night).

Here's my suggestion: How about we play RAW, but with any small brigade of two battalions, a battery can be added to count as a third unit? I assume the British hussars are going to be a little brittle if we don't give them some way to hold their own. (I could imagine with such a small brigade the artillery handlers making a good portion of the fighting strength.)

I've also read many BP gaming groups adopt "greater than 50%" as their breaking point. I guess people want the fun to last. :D

Just got the word from Satoru, he's coming, so I'll bring my Gorkamorka stuff for sure. I'll bring some extra trucks and Orks and things for anyone who want's to jump in. There is an easy, multi-player scenario that is good for walking new players through the rules.

Primarch, could I get those round 28mm bases at the event. I'd appreciate it.

3, slitted ones, if you have them. I really appreciate it.

BTW, do you have extra Victrix bases for BP?

Not really, I'm down to my last dozen or so from more than 100.
I really need to order some more.
