Sunday works better than Saturday for me at the moment.

I'll happy take a chance to finally play Epic, on either Saturday or Sunday, provided it is within about a 2-hour train ride.

Be glad to have you! We've missed chances too many times in the past. Where do you live at? I'm right in Nagoya - any venue I pick will be within one subway stop / a ten-minute walk from Ozone station.

Still keen to try Epic from years ago. Advance Space Crusade also. A yes from me, tentatively once I get docking bay clearance. Sunday is better for me. Saturdays mornings are possible.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

I live in Nishio, which is about an hour from Nagoya by Meitetsu. Should be able to make it.

Nice!

OK, I'm going to very very tentatively shoot for June 15th - I probably won't be able to reserve a room until April or so, but I'll check in with the community center near my new apartment later this month and see what's what. If everything goes well, I'll have a for-real planning thread up around that time!

Well, I kind of disappeared, didn't I? First new school year with my full responsibilities at my new job - a bit on the overwhelming side!

Obviously, this isn't going to get organized in time for June, so I'm going to shoot for July, if I'm lucky with room reservations, or September, more likely (August is going to be pretty full up for me). Are Sundays still better for those who said Sundays were better?

Anytime really, except mid-July, as I am traveling.

Good luck with work, family and balancing in some hobby time!
