Sadly I am not going to be able to make it. I have meetings with the builders to choose the colour of the walls/roof on Saturday and shopping for interior bits on the Sunday.
Yeah, I can't say that it's what I would have chosen, but apparently these things need doing sooner rather than later.

Well, it seems our Apocalypse game will be:
26th: Kondo-san (Tau /w Manta and 3 formations) vs komura-san and me (Imperial Guards) 6000ish
27th: Taus (Auxryn, UD, and Kondo-san) 11000ish vs AM (Komura-san and me) 6000ish and CSM (job) 5000ish or Tripple Threat.

FYI, Please feel free to join the event if you're not going to play Apocalypse/ 40K!

For those who need a ride to the venue, Kondo-san will pick you up at the neighborhood of Hara Sta.
If you want a pick up, please wait at "Thanks" convenience store nearby Hara Sta. at 9:30 am. It is located on the north side of the street above the station across a bridge. Below is the link to Google Map.

10:00 armies and participants line up. Rules confirmation and game planning.
11:00 Deployment starts
12:30 Time limit for lunch break.
14:00 returning from lunch. 2nd stage begins
16:30 Time limit for coffee break.
17:30 3rd and last stage of the day begins.

27th:
10:00 armies and participants line up. Rules confirmation and game planning.
10:30 Deployment starts
12:00 Time limit for lunch break.
13:30 returning from lunch. 2nd and last stage of the day begins
15:00 Loss time begins.

I'll need pick up at Hara station. I'll also try my best to keep you updated on my arrival in Japan if anything goes wrong with the return flight. Otherwise expect death and destruction to the Imperium... Ahem Tau Empire!

I'm afraid we have no reservation for Joshin's room because the venue looks large enough to accommodate both normal games and the Apocalypse. Could you come down the way to Tempaku?
