Many thanks. I shall have a think. Might be better just to use the garden H G Wells style. Mind you sudden gusts of wind and Magpies are the real issue with garden wars. It's raining here today after months of hot sun. Starting to feel like the UK again.Primarch wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 8:27 amYeah, I've seen those. Sarissa Precision makes them. You may want to compare prices and options between Warlord and Sarissa.ashdevon wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 7:32 amLol Thanks Prim. The Dragoons are in the post! I wish I was joking.
What's your opinion on these gaming tiles for a board? https://store.warlordgames.com/collecti ... ystem-pack
Storage is more of an issue now than ever so I was wondering if these would work well for building a board. Only 3x3 though.
They look like a good starting point for a board, being modular. If you're planning to glue on buildings and other terrain, you can add basing effects and flock to blend the building into the base for a more realistic look.
The only down side I can see is that they lack depth, so rivers and ditches would be harder to do. If you're just doing towns and fields they're fine.
