@Dekana- nice batrep. I was looking at Skyrim the other day. Games these days are insane! The detail is incredible. I'm playing an old old mmo called "Age of Conan" right now, and what was cutting edge 10 years ago is like a Saturday morning cartoon now in comparison. The old games are bad enough, for me. If I started Skyrim, I would forfeit my entire real life. Much too dangerous.
And I would not have time to waste on my other, more concrete fantasy worlds. Finally to some paint on what I have dubbed "The Pitklaw Digga".

@Konrad, The paint job really brings everything together. The body paint patterns look awesome (better than most body paint options in video games for sure).
@Dave, I've been trapped in the time sink video game rabbit hole too... Do not look up Aurora 4x or Factorio ( especially not modded) if you want to retain even a fraction of your productivity.
@ToD - Great looking titan.
@Jye - Your Space Wolf army is growing nicely.
@Dekana - A battle report forum eh? I'll get one set up ASAP.
@Konrad - The Xorn and the Pitclaw Digga are awesome. The Digga looks like she's about to wreck something, or more likely someone.
Very impressive work as always folks. I'm still trying for throughput myself
This should be all the Wolf I need for this month. I've still got a bunch of HQs primed or partially painted but they don't all fit in the army at once so less of a rush.
Instead of painting something for the paint competition I instigated, I decided to paint a Locust instead. It was my first time painting camo but I think it turned out alright, maybe just a tad bit on the dark side but that shouldn't be a huge problem right? Hopefully I can paint the remaining 7 of my mechs up soon too before I forget my camo recipe.
P.S. I got too excited and forgot to fix the base rim before I took the pictures.
I'd suggest keeping a small notebook and pen/pencil next to your work area and record recipes as you are painting. That way you can come back to projects months or even years later and get the same finish on your minis.

@Karantu. That is a blast from the past. Is that some classic 80's lead, or have they re-done Battletech? I only dabbled back in the day, but I had buddies who were hard-core Battletech...ers?
