Aye Loki was full of tricks and curses upon your dice today! But what an age of darkness, daring, valor and heroes!

Raiders take a long time to assemble! Kind of scared how long they'll take to paint!
Note: most of the difficult stuff is crew, bling etc, I could have made this much easier on myself.
As someone who has assembled and painted 3 raiders, as well as a Tantalus, I feel your pain. Crew on Dark Eldar vehicles are a massive pita, but do add massively to the cool factor. Also, word to the wise: You can get a lot of mileage out of the spare legs/torsos/arms of the crew when it comes to converting. A box of wyches/harlequins + crew spares makes for some really sproingy/swingy dark eldar, leaping off bits of spare terrain you may have.

eh, y'know. Stuff, and things
Wow. And then Corona happened. Just....crickets, all the way through to 2023...

Finally got a start on my 6th and final squad of infantry. It's been a while, so I forget how annoying it is to paint faces and I'm all over the place with them.
The sergeant is one of the best faces I've done in a while, yet everyone else looks terrible.

And here, just to wrap up the spam with this particular project, are all the Ravagers done:
Wow, those look excellent. Maybe its the blue, but they look very Tzeentch inspired.

No painting this weekend, but I did get in a couple of games of Saga.
That looks great! I really love seeing historical stuff.

Thanks! Yeah, that was kind of the core inspiration - I was thinking of the Tzeenchian chaos warriors in the old WHFB MMO.
Feel free to call me Dave!

If you've still got those Drukhari now would be the time to get a game in and/or sell them. The sun is shining on the Dark Eldar, at least until the nerfs come

Kabalites and Archon done, with less TLC than they deserve but they won't hit the table unpainted. Only the Wyches to go before I'm forced to face the vehicles!

That sarge does look good, nice job! They're all going to look great on the table.

Another test model:
I spent the last two mornings testing my highlighting ability and colours. I think I I have my colours down. The silver and gold ae high lighting nicely but the blue doesn't highlight smoothly in my hands.
Not happy with the basing - tried Mordant Earth but put it on too thin. I think it is going to be too expensive as a basing agent for my whole army -still looking for that perfect, inexpensive basing agent. I have tried sand, cork and now Mordant Earth.
