I got some tiny predators printed by jus last weekend (to round out my death guard to something I can do a demo with) so I got those primed up, plus a few extra 6mm marines I had kicking around so I can see whether I like how imperial fists or salamanders look better, and how I might paint up each of those to look good. One week 'til LI is in my greasy mitts!

I was looking at my paint-tracking thingamabob and noticed I haven't painted anything since August - probably a combination of expecting Epic to be released that month and then just being in a holding pattern while waiting, and my Underworlds schedule meaning I won't be using a warband I have that's unpainted 'til January.

But this week I painted up a cheeky unit of predators for my Epic Death Guard, so I can field a legal army to pit against the stuff in the new box (arriving today!) in demo games.

This was an evening's work, and a pretty light one at that - should have all the infantry of my Solar Auxilia sub-cohort done in a week or so if I can keep it up!
