Volks in Nagoya is closed for the time being. The shop is being renovated and is closed until winter. They are opening a temporary store in the same building on a different floor from the 26th of July.
Fingers crossed they will keep stocking Vallejo paints.

Just an update, but I went after the Sept. games day and as Primarch informed me, you have to go in the same place but take the elevator to the 3rd floor. They had most paint supplies still in stock. I think they mostly cut display cabinets, models, and box sets while they're remodeling.
